Apple seeded the latest developer build of OS X eariler on this week, and things were different from the last version, most importantly (among many) were the numerous UI changes in the OS.
Main
1. The dock seperation graphic - the seperation graphic now resembles a zebra crossing, contrary to the previous simple line seen in previous versions and in Tiger. Don't worry, it looks much better than the description.
2. Polished menubar icons - icons are now more polished to match more evenly with the translucent menubar from the previous builds
3. System Preferences icon re-design - the system preferences icon is now re-designed to mimic the style of the settings icon used on the iPhone GUI.
4. Finder "Show Path Bar" option - Finder now has the ability to visually show the path of the location of a file.
Other
5. Revamped "Users & Groups browser".
6. Integrated support for Google Talk in iChat.
7. iChat new view options.
8. More options when right-clicking the Finder icon in the Dock.
