English isn't my first language, so

#include <stdio.h>
main()
{
(void) printf("Happy New Years;)\n");
return (0);
}

I also know another language.

def 2007
	 puts "Happy New Year"
	 end

Now just type 2007 and it will say what is in the quotes. A simple define function is all it is really.
