Well Apple would have lied to their customers full scale if that will be the case. Unlike Android the devices are not subsidized with our personal data for Google-Ads. And if he says it's full encrypted, personal and they do't even have access I believe it, because the damage would be huge in case of a lie.

Don't be naive: history shows that everything that can technically be done to collect data, will be done!
