New to this distro. The installer barely gets going before I get 'Failed to load extension org.tgwbd.driver.ACPIPS2Nub and the installer stops. Is there a workaround for this? I was using Kalyway 10.5.2 but was having problems getting USB recognised. iATKOS worked well but ran hot, wanted to try 9.2.0 speedstep kernel, everything fine with Kaly except non USB recognition.

My laptop is an Acer 4720z, dual core, GMA X3100. Didn't have much luck with Google. Any pointers welcome, thanks. :)

Oh, so it's not your fix. I see. Well, if I'll try to backup something, maybe I'll get some error too. But I don't have a free HDD to do that..

so next time I wont tick Time machine fix in installation..

By the way, Eddie: Can you put original apple screen while it's booting up? Those letters and words in black screen does not appear well.. Do you know what i mean? When original MAC is turned on, it shows apple logo till it boots up. Could You do that? :help:

I have to leave verbose mode on. I am not going to listen to 10,000 complaints of "it's not working, all i get is an apple grey screen" You can change this yourself if you want. Remove the bootflag -v from /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/com.apple.Boot.plist

"not sure the problem, try booting with cpus=1 maybe? and/or -x "

- thanks, for the record I found that both -legacy or cpus=1 worked, though the latter method wouldn't allow me to bootup first boot, froze on the same acpips2nub message; a reboot and it continued through said message. Many thans for your efforts, eddie11c, looking forward to trying this out. ;)

Hello everybody, i need a fix (if anyone knows ) for my wireless connection.

I have finally got leo4allv2 working with my wireless connection after buyng a d-link DWL-G122 wireless usb adapter. I installed Ralink drivers and everything works really smooth.

The only problem is, when i reboot my system it doesn't recognize automatically the usb key.

I've had this with wireless (not USB) and obviously with a password the length of a WEP key it's annoying.

Mine was solved by assigning the wireless as first priority within network preferences panel (ie. moving it top the list)

Wireless autoconnects everytime now.

It installs with no errors, at the first reboot it shows the welcome animation, and i select the country / keyboard with no problems, when i get mac -> mac transfer i just click continue, it keeps there for about 30 secs and comes back to the welcome video, is there any explanation or workaround? Thanks in advance (i do not have network card, can it be the reason?)

This has already been answered in this thread - Read through it carefully, and you will find your answer.

Hi Eddie

I download Leo4all v. 2 DVD from a torrent site, though the NFO file which is included with it says that it is for Intel and AMD CPUs but I'm not able to install it on my Core2Duo processor as it throws an error that CPU was disabled, reset or poweroff and restart.

Thank you, but i think that the problem is within the usb device...anyway when it connects it stays on top of the other, but when i reboot it doesn't work. I have to unplug/plug back and then manually launch the ralink wireless utility.

All in all, Eddie, you are quite simply the Man! Managed to get all my P35 based builds working with LEO4ALLv2. Have to say, this is the safest and best Leopard Hackintosh installer out there.

I'm trying to install v2 in my HP DV2171CL AMD Turion64, but I got stuck at the darwin boot with com.apple.boot.list not found. This dvd was used without problems with my desktop even I tryed a Kaly 10.5.1.

Any Clue?
