Because, as this version is relatively new it may work. If you didn't, try it. About the other OS(es) you have in your computer there will be no problem. funny thing is that with iatkos v1.0 both cores worked...but with kalways 10.5.2 only one works?..hmmmm... But, it's seems not support E0 step cpu (E5200 E8400 E8600).I,ve checked MSI offical website only after 7345V1.9 could support E0 STEP. I can't seem to boot into the install setup, I have tried almost every distro (including old 10.4.8) and none of them allow me to boot into the setup, it freezes. I've just finished reading all 40 pages of this topic hoping to find a modified bios for my Toshiba Satellite M115-S3144. Unfortunately none have been created yet, so I ask for your help. I have the Kalyway 10.5.2 installed (updated to 10.5.4) but I can only load Leopard with a single core (other core disabled through bios). Loading with both cores enabled causes an immediate reboot 1 second after the grey screen/apple logo appears. Here are my specs: Processor Intel Core 2 Duo T5200 / 1.6 GHz Multi-Core processor technology: Dual-Core 64-bit processor: Yes Data bus speed: 533 MHz Chipset type: Mobile Intel 945GM Express Cache Memory Type:L2 cache Cache size: 2 MB RAM Installed Size:2 GB Technology: DDR II SDRAM - 533 MHz Memory specification compliance: PC2-4200 Video Graphics Card: Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950 A link to my BIOS: Here is the .exe package provided from Toshiba Thank you to the community for all the help you provide. This forum alone has gotten me to a complete working Leopard installation aside from the dual core issue. UPDATE: I resolved my dual core issue by booting up with the kabylkernel which was installed with kalyway. That magic thing works like a beauty. No need for a bios mod now. I have a ASUS P5KC mobo with ICH9 chipset and HDA ALC883, Intel C2D E6750, and nVidia 8600 GTS 256MB. Preety cool staff, aren't them? But the os is running on just one core, and it show that is running on the first core so maybe u can help me by moding a little bit my bios, that is the last from ASUS official download site.
