6apxat
That's it. It just doesn't start any download. For hours. I have to use BitRocket instead, but it's very unstable and crashes every time I try to add a new torrent when it's not running.
khaled_acmilan
Yes i have the same problem and i'm using azureus now instead of Transmission.
6apxat
xtorrent also works for me. It seems that Transmission can't open the port correclty because whatever port value is, it shows "Port is stealth".
Dellius
Try Transmission 0.96. I find it to be the most stable release to date.
Ongeloof
I have never had any problems with transmission, both on hack and iMac. I find that setting the amount of peers connected to 999 makes it fly down... Strange. Think Mark
BlueAvenue
I use version 1.06 , never had any problems with it. Have downloaded many movies with it. Uses port 51413.
6apxat
Seems that I had my router configured incorrectly. Now everything works fine.
Burhan
Hello everyone, I've had the same problem but all what I did is to go to the router's config page and I did Port Mapping ( Port Forwarding ). Transmission used to give me Port is Stealth but not anymore so you try to do it and maybe this website will help you. http://portforward.com/ Good luck everyone
PercySock
Your problem is that you're not using Usenet. Break down and buy a subscription, install hellanzb and you're set. ;o
S.SubZero
Your problem is that you're not using Usenet. Break down and buy a subscription, install hellanzb and you're set. ;o What's a good, simple binary newsreader for OS X? --- I was just downloading something in Transmission.. It was about 90% done. I hit a key I probably shouldn't have, and my Hack locked up. So I power cycled. When I fired up Transmission it started over from the beginning. Screwed up my whole night -.-;
