Hello,

I have installed Mac_OS_X_10_4_8__JaS_AMD___Intel___SSE2___SSE3 with full succes!

But,when I boot, the mac screen appears and then the monitor shuts down!

I pressed -v when booting and shows an error on loading display driver..

WHAT CAN I DO?

P.S: Running on AMD SEMPRON 2600+,1G RAM,80G used only for mac,Assus Radeon N9550

Well, my best guess is you loaded the wrong display driver when you did your install. When you pick a driver the driver looks for a "device id number", when it can't find a matching number, it errors and doesn't load.

To be honest, I don't know how to fix this post install, and checking the drivers list:

http://wiki.osx86project.org/wiki/index.php/3rdPartyDrivers

There isn't a driver for a 9550, so the right choice would have been no driver, letting it default to VESA mode.

I would re-install without a specific video driver.

(I'm lying, I would install a video card that there is a driver for, off of that driver list)

You would go to where I sent you in the first place:

Picking up your NIC driver.

As far as I know there is no specific driver for a 9550 (as I already said), it was suggested you flash the card's bios to a 9600 (by alan6288), myself, rather than fight, I'd switch to a supported video card.

I don't know how to update the bios,as i said.I don't have other video card..;)

The ethernet driver..i don't know for sure but i think i found it on the link you gaved to me...

I'm not quite sure how you *think* you found a driver. You would grab the driver for the hardware you have.

Whatever you do with your video card is up to you, I told you how I would fix it (I would buy a FX5200 video card), I do not recommend flashing your video card's bios, but if you decide to, google "flashing an ATI video card bios".
