I can't view all the contents on my 500gb hard drive. Here's what I have:

- Asus P5K motherboard

- 500gb SATA HD (with Windows and all my files)

- 200gb IDE HD (running Kalyway 10.5.1)

At first when I installed Kalyway, it recognized my entire 500gb drive. Then I installed some kexts found at the bottom of the original post here:

http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=69132

I installed these to get some of my components working (eg. sound)

I'm not sure what it did, I just ran the script, but it was packaged with the following kexts:

AppleAHCIPort.kext

AppleAzaliaAudio.kext

AppleVIAATA.kext

IONetworkingFamily.kext

So I'm guessing it installed these kexts.

The problem is, now I can't view the entire contents of my 500gb drive. In disk utility, it regonizes it as 128gb. How can I fix this?

It's recognizing it properly as NTFS. I think the problem has to do with one of the kexts that support access to large drives. Drives over a certain limit (I think it's 200gb but I'm not sure) need extra drivers to see them properly. Most recent systems come with these drivers integrated since large drives have become common (try using a 500gb drive in Windows 2k or 98 for example, it won't work properly).

So I need to find out where this kext is, or what got changed to mess it up and how to fix it. Any ideas?
