modbears Posted January 27, 2008 Share Posted January 27, 2008 I have iATKOS_v1.0ir2 and I'm trying to install it on my gateway mt7628.It installs fine, but when I reboot I get the blinking cursor even though I set the partition flag to boot using gparted. Any suggestions or ideas would be appreciated.I've tried leaving the disc in after the install. Once the timer counts down it says starting darwin, the screen flashes for a split second, and my computer restarts. Pokopo Posted February 6, 2008 Share Posted February 6, 2008 Hi, I have the same machine. Tried iATKOS r2. I get past the darwin. The bootloader loads but hangs about 20 lines down the line. Have you managed to get it working? And with kalyway, I can only boot in safe mode with one cpu and the keyboard doenst work.
