BossmanPL
I got Sony Vaio Notebook with two HDD inside. On First HDD i have preinstalled Vista on second one i have installed Leopard. I don't have option in bios to switch "boot" from second HDD. Notebook always start from first one. There has been many threats on how to make Leopard work wheen 1hdd and 2 partitions one with Windows and the other with Leopard, there has been olso examples for External HDD (USB type) - that is just easy wheen you have External HDD Boot in bios. My problem is that i can not set in bios option to boot up from second HDD. Is there any way i could make it work in this situation ?. geshadow
Hi Kamil666, You could try using Acronis Disk Director v10 of higher. I use it on mine. I've found sometimes the Acronis bootloader will fail to load on start-up and I have to do a repair...and in the worst case senerio have to repair the bootrecord with the vista DVD's repair options. But for the couple annoying things Acronis installed easy and runs quite smoothly. Hope this helps geshadow Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/83363-leopard-on-second-hdd-inside-one-pc-how-to/#findComment-594740 Share on other sites
