Plast1k Posted January 7, 2008 Share Posted January 7, 2008 installed and working here *shrug* i installed iATKOS 1.0i r2 using an IDE hdd when setup finished, i used the AppleNForceATA.kext to recognise my SATA drive http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=77071 once the SATA drive was seen by OS X, I cloned the IDE install to a SATA drive using Acronis and was able to boot from there instead these are the only options i select during install: Bootloader> Darwin EFI bootloader Stock AppleACPIPlatform.kext Patches> SSE2 SSE3 kernel Remove CPUPowerManagement driver Drivers> System> AppleSMBIOS.kext nekas at first boot, i have to use the -x flag (safe mode) until i sort out the video driver Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
