Apple legal is at it again! This time the unfortunate casualty is blog-news site Think Secret. Here is the official statement from the site itself:

"Apple and Think Secret have settled their lawsuit, reaching an agreement that results in a positive solution for both sides. As part of the confidential settlement,
no sources were revealed and Think Secret will no longer be published.
Nick Ciarelli, Think Secret's publisher, said 'I'm pleased to have reached this amicable settlement, and will now be able to move forward with my college studies and broader journalistic pursuits.'"

I guess this is reality of investigative journalism: poking around the wrong places gets you slammed by Apple's lawyers.

Official Press Release

I'm curious as to exactly how much apple paid him.

Seems very happy indeed, amazing how persuasive hard cash is! :)

i don't think he got any money

he is just happy that apple leaves him alone now

he is just a poor student and does't have the money to pay for a lawsuit

apple forced him, if you ask me

stop the site, or we sue you till death
