erichq Posted October 31, 2007 Share Posted October 31, 2007 ok, i got uphuck 10.4.9 v1.3 Installation DVD, burnt it to a dvd, changed settings to boot from cd drive, let it restart, blah blah. started running bunch of words across screen, like it was going to work. then up came this: USBF: XX.XXX AppleUSBOHCI[0X3783800] :: A transaction which hasn't been moved in 5 seconds on bus 35, timing out! the "x's" are numbers and a few of the lines there were 2 numbers.3numbers, or 3numbers.3numbers. after a bit it would say "still waiting for root device" pc specs: mobile amd sempron 2800+ sse,sse2, sse3 2048mb ram any help? EDIT: ok, got it to work in vmware, but its kindof lagging. the mouse drags, takes a bit to get to where i want it to go. how can i fix that?
