It has to have a black background (thats the background color of the site) and it has to have the title "PCWiz Computer" and underneath it a slogan "Take your computing experience to the next level". Other than that, no other specifications. The website I'm making it for is http://######.com. Take a look at the site (lots of OSX86 content) and maybe you will get some ideas.
