LenuaM
Hi, I'm sorry to annoy you with a problem that probably only regards myself, but I'll try to describe the problem itself: I've got a Macbook CD 2,0 Ghz, 2 Gb Ram and a dvd drive that doesn't work. I need to get the drive replaced, but atm I can't afford it. However, I'd like to have a look at 9a559, but I can't create partitions without having to reinstall my whole Tiger system. I know it's possible to install Leopard from one partition to another, so I need to have my Tiger partition, one partition to install Leopard from and one to install, which I can merge later on. I haven't gotten an external hdd unfortunately, and I suppose it's not possible with a 1 Gb Usb Pen either. Is there any chance that I could manage my partitions from a PC, if I'd install a Hackintosh system on it? Thanks in advance, Lenuam Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/65851-any-way-to-install-leopard-without-a-physical-dvd-drive/ Share on other sites

LenuaM
Well, my problem is that I don't have an external drive, and since my dvd drive doesn't work, I have no possibility to partition the volume on that my main Tiger system is installed... vassillios
Try using the bootcamp assitant to create a partition non-destructively.
