hecker
I was unable to find information about your NIC and OSX but I did find something in the wiki about another 3Com NIC, model 3C905B-TX. Apparently replacing the IONetworkingFamily.kext from 10.4.7 got the card working. It seems like a long shot but you may want to try it. Remember to save your original files before modifying your system. Cheers, hecker Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/63014-network-card-not-work-3com-3c920/#findComment-446316 Share on other sites
watermark
I use the 10.4.7 IONetworkingFamily.kext ,but it still not work. I can load the kext file manully, and system display load successfully. and i restart the computer, nothing changed. It seems the kext file is fine, perhaps something else block it.
