I kept getting the message about SubPubAgent. And I disabled time machine because it gave me the message "Backup volume could not be mounted". The SubPubagent messages went away, but I never made the connection. However, the agent errors never crashed my mac.

Also, one thing that's great about the TM in 527 is that it no longer takes up an entire volume. It just uses a disk image.

With all these incompatibilities and system errors so far up in development, you really have to wonder, will Leopard really be ready by October? The worst part of it is, Apple has been working on this OS since at least mid 2005 (little after Tiger was released). But when you take into account, things like the Intel transition and the focus on developing for two architectures, plus the iPhone. I hope the internal builds are on a smoother course to GM or there will be a lot of disgruntled upgraders in October. If such is the case, I would recommend Apple put their pride aside and release Leopard in January 2008 or March 2008.
