Still cannot install ( MARVELL 88E8056 & Realtek ALC888 ) all topic in insanelymac used , ... etc Can any one help me with this motherboard (IP35) ? nagal Posted November 28, 2007 Share Posted November 28, 2007 I just replaced my P5B Deluxe with the IP35, nice board. I used XxX 10.4.10. Took a bit to figure out the BIOS settings to get it to boot after the install without the dreaded still waiting for root device (Hard Drive needed to be the First Boot Device and not CD-ROM). Ethernet worked great after modding the DEV IDs in AppleYukon.txt. Haven't had time to mess with audio. Disk Speeds seem okay with just the generic ACHI driver. I might try a modded ICH8R later on. Kalyway 10.4.10 have suport for ATI SB600 but my AMD long gone...running ABIT IP35-E this board dont HAVE BIOS BOOT MENU...!!!
