mdcp
Hi, i know it's kinda half-cocked but after updating my tubigirl amd 10.4.9 to 10.4.10 (with the "right" patches) i ran in lots of problems, which i tried to fix, resulting in a total {censored}ed up system . So i installed uphuck 1.3, which runs really smoothly. After that i restored parts of my old /user/library folder i had on a backup, everything worked out, i even have the same desktop layout with icons of programs i didn't even install yet. The only problem i ran in so far is that MacOS does not save that i use the right mouse button primarily and the which color profiles i assign to my two monitors. I've already repaired file permissions using the macos disk tool. Any Idea? In which file are these settings stored? Maybe i can just delete it or replace it with a standard one or edit it manually? Thanks. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/57100-macos-doesnt-save-several-settings/ Share on other sites
Guest Ramm
Those are probably in System Preferences files. Check under /System/Library/ for anything.
