cyclonefr Posted July 2, 2007 Share Posted July 2, 2007 10.4.8 and .9 kernels are Darwin based, but it doesn't speed up anything. 10.4.10 is binary patched, so it's basically the same kernel as a real mac since Darwin sources aren't available yet, but you can be sure it has NO advantages of having any darwin kernel if your processor is SSE3 and isn't a laptop Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
