ByggareBob
I have 1 partition on my hard drive 100GB containing XP. So... When running the Diskutility inside OSX installation I get problems! The utility shows the 100GB partition and 60GB free space. When clicking on the 60GB free space and then clicking "partition", it says it will delete the whole drive (and it actually does if pressing). What am I doing wrong? Emre SUMENGEN
The OS-X disk utility does that, yeah... Use a linux live-cd or even Windows to create a partition on your disk as you like. Then, during os-x install, use the disk utility to "format" that partition you created. Do not re-partition your disk Good luck, it worked for me.
