Hello, new member here. This may have been posted before but I didnt find anything.

So I was lookin' around ebay and found an appearently infamous "Apple Intel Dev Kit Motherboard" with claims that the seller could run OS X on it... did a little bit of research and it turns out that it is a real intel board (boxd945grwlk) and has what seems to be all the right hardware (for osx86, NOT for a dev kit). here is the link with the lowest price I have found so far(not ebay)... and the specs

Socket 775

Chipset Intel 945G

Video GMA 950 (with PCIEx16 slot)

Audio Realtek ALC880

LAN Intel 82573E

Other than being pBTX, which means new case for most peeps, Any thoughts?

It's cheap. But that's all I can find that's good about it. If you want to take a risk and buy it, then go for it. I'm assuming you've read all the HCL and some pertinent info about that motherboard's components here in the forums lest you want to thrash your hair after buying it.

Good luck with your build!
