Medion
Hi, I've just installed MacOS X 10.4.6 (with the 10.4.7 patch) on my Acer Travelmate (243LC) laptop. Everything worked fine (I was able to use the build-in keyboard & mouse) until I filled in my personal settings in the first Mac-startup (name, password, email, etc.). Now when my pc starts, I am able to press F8 and chose between Mac & XP(home). When I choose Mac, I can use the build-in mouse just fine, but when I use my build-in keyboard both the mouse AND keyboard don't work anymore. The only thing I can do is plugging in a regular usb mouse and keyboard, in order to type/click. When I choose XP the mouse AND keyboard work fine. Here's a pic of the build-in keyboard & mouse (incl. pc specs): I think its got something to do with missing keyboard+mouse drivers, but why did it work just fine during the instal of Mac? Does anybody know if it's got something to do with X11? (During the instal I also installed X11) Any suggestions to fix the problem? Thanks in advance Edited February 15, 2007 by Medion Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/42501-laptop-keyboard-mouse-problem/ Share on other sites
