flash works with firefox and opera but it doesn't works with safari because (Correct me if I'm wrong) X86 Edition only loads x86 extensions.

If you have Rosetta support, it's easy to make it work in Safari. Just find Safari in the finder, right click it, and select get info. Click the checkmark next to "Open using Rosetta". Next time you run Safari, flash works.

But safari is a binary app so I usi it without rosetta, he's talking about flash in safari but loading safari as PPC will be a little bit slow

I've tried that with safari and preview - it still loads as an intel binary

(and yes, rosetta is working fine here)

It doesn´t work just as they previously said, because the safari included in the iso is a version for x86, so when you try to install Macromedia player it will install the flash only for powerpc apps, Macromedia hasn´t got any flash plug-in for x86 Mac apps.

solution:

1.- Download Safari (ppc version, the normal one), and delete the one installed in the system and install the downloaded. Install Flash plugin.

NOTE: Maybe sometimes, safari ppc doesn´t install, check it out before erasing the x86 version.

2.- Download Firefox (ppc version) from mozilla.org, and install Flash Plugin.
