Did a software upgrade for Airport, Security and I-Chat and now half the mail arrives, activity viewer is frozen (activity wheel next to inbox continues turning and I have to force quit mail. Open mail again and the same happens. I can receive emails on another mac fortunately (for any emails sent from the forum). PLEASE HELP! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

jmn Posted December 5, 2007 Share Posted December 5, 2007 My problem isn't quite the same - but it started yesterday - when I click on "New" or "Reply" or "Preferences" (that's all I've tried so far!) Mail crashes. I'd just reinstall Mail if I could find it as a stand alone somewhere. I'm using 2.1.1 (752.3) on an iMac, OS: 10.4.11 (build: 8S2167) Any help you can offer would be terrific.
