So... I used vmware server and I install Mac OS X 10.4.8 Jas....the installation part works great....but ofter the final reboot system start whit this message: Unable to find driver for this platform "ACPI"

 

my system:

 

core 2 duo E6600

gigabyte 965P-DQ6

1 GB Ram Twinmos

7300 GT Extreme

250 GB Sata 2 Seagate 16 MB Buffer

 

I've attached a picture with the exact error screen.

 

so please help if u can.

same thing happened when I installed on fresh HDD without virtual partitions

Have you applied the PPF? That is for the latest JaS DVD, released early January.

 

Try setting it into verbose mode on boot. Also try searching the forums and the HCLs for your motherboard, to find what others say about its compatibility.

I'm kind of new in this domain so i don't know what PPF or how to set into verbose mode.... so please more information

 

I used MAC OS X 10.4.8 JaS AMD Intel SSE2 SSE3

 

LE: I found what's PPF....i got the patch....but how can I apply this one one my dvd image???
