mac.nub
Hey everyone! Something that really bugs me, is that when I press the @ key, " get's displayed, and when I press the " key @ gets displayed... I have a UK (laptop) keyboard, and the keyboard layout is set to the UK layout... however the keys are still the damn wrong way round! Is there any way to to change this, any help is much appreciated... this is now the only thing that is so annoying it stops me using Mac so much... Cheers, mac.nub
Neonkoala
You need the Microsoft Desktop DMG of drivers from the microsoft Mactopia website - in it there is a keyboard package that has a correct Microsoft British keyboard layout. After isntalling and restarting go to System Preferences -> International -> Input and select British (Microsoft) as your Input language.

MikeBee
Great. works well here on 10.5. note that i had to reboot for the layout to work. is there any way i can turn the normal 'British' layout off and just keep 'British (Microsoft)' as the only one selected? tonybod
I must be doing something wrong here. I've downloaded the DMG, installed it, and "British - Microsoft" appears in the list. I can tick it, but not select it for use. Any ideas?
