snobrd4life
I just want to know if there is any way at all that I can get my SATA HDD working at all on my Compaq SR1750NX. I have almost everything working perfectly, but it seems as though my HDD bench scores are horrid. My IDE drive only gives me around a 26 in xBench. I even installed the ATI ATA support option with the 10.4.7 JaS DVD. I'm currently running 10.4.8 on the newest semthex kernel. PaulusUK
guys: "I have enable Sata on ati sb450 simply by adding the string to AppleVIAATA.kext/Contents/info.plist" from http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?sho...51&hl=sb450 . What 59117108 said is correct. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/36661-ati-sata-support/#findComment-261713 Share on other sites
