User and password don't work anymore

Hi it's "bluenote56" here I don't know why I can't access the site with my usual user and password. What happened? I had to enter with a new different profile.

You need to reset your password. You can log in with the email that you used for "bluenote56", but first reset your password.

Hello @Allan Thanks a lot for reaching out. The new password I was trying to set was not for this account which I barely use. It's for another account whose username is jlrycm which is the one that I use regularly.
