New to Open Core Legacy Patcher - iMac 27 mid-2011 upgrade & update. Need advice?

I have a basic understanding of OCLP and what will be preferable to upgrade in my Mac.

• I already have a good 1GB SSD with a clone of my actual High-Sierra system ready to replace the original internal hard disk.

• I Think it’s recommended to upgrade the Graphic Card to a Metal-able Card. So far I found this one on eBay that seems to be pre-flashed —> New AMD WX4130 2G WX4150 4GB Video Card 109-C98581-00_02 APPLE iMac A1311 A1312 —> https://www.ebay.ca/itm/374951342434
— What do you think about that card?

• I Think it’s also better to replace the CPU.
— What should be an easy CPU replacement for that Mac?

My goal is to operate at least Big Sur OS and have the easiest and most compatible upgrade/Update possible. I just love my old Mac and like to get a few years more from it.

Any advice will help me a lot.

Good Day to ALL!

@Patrick Toulze Sorry for the lengthy delay.  This forum focuses on hackintoshes.  While there are many here who can give you advice, you might find more help by visiting MacRumors where the focus is on real Mac users.  For example, this thread is focused on installation of Big Sur on real legacy Macs.  To find a relevant MacRumors forum, search for "MacRumors <macOS> Unsupported" where <macOS> is the specific version of macOS that you want to install (e.g., Big Sur).
