You have to remove .dortania_developer from ~.

Yep also tried that with these steps below, no joy.

Delete DortaniaInternalResources.dmg that is in:

/Library/Application\ Support/Dortania/OpenCore-Patcher.app/Contents/Resources

After successful root patching, replace the DortaniaInternalResources.dmg into the app which may take a while and everything should work.

If you add NVRAM parameters, you should always reset NVRAM, so that the new values will be applied immediately.

I did that straight away but wifi started working after a few reboot and is not working at the moment although I have not changed anything

@robi62 While my original response to you is correct (you do need to add "NVRAM > Delete" keys corresponding to "NVRAM > Add" keys), I misread your original issue and thought you had a problem with Bluetooth (not Wi-Fi).  The keys bluetoothInternalControllerInfo and bluetoothExternalDongleFailed are for Bluetooth and have nothing to do with Wi-Fi.  I don't have a Wi-Fi fix for you, but wanted to make sure you weren't chasing the wrong solution.  Sorry for my misunderstanding.

Hey You Guys Running OCLP. Can I Get A Copy Please

Mine Is Not Playing The Game

Sure.  Download the officially released version here.  Download nightly versions here.  Use your favorite GitHub interface to download and build your own source for Sequoia by specifying branch sequoia-development.  You're a Developer, so I won't bore you with the rest... enjoy!

Thanks For The Links

I'd share more, but as you know and can appreciate as a Developer, OCLP Devs have asked us not to share any more than this page for access to OCLP source and unreleased developer builds.

The sudo spctl --global-disable command has started working again, the profile needs to be deleted.

@robi62 Just to clarify, you have the exact same laptop as Stefanalmare with the exact same BIOS version and configuration, and you experience the kp when you use Stefanalmare's exact same EFI booting the exact same version of macOS?
