bhuether
Hi, Having heck of a time getting ground truth on this. So much info on various fixes to make i225-v, i226-v working, but at same time reading that these work natively without any needed kexts, config.plist changes, boot args, ssdt. Can someone confirm? Or do I need AppleIGC for intel and aquantia kext for marvel 10g? By the way I have done what I need to enable Vt-d if that plays a role here. Some info from my system device mgr: PCI\VEN_1D6A&DEV_94C0 BIOS name \_SB.PC00.RP01.D06F location paths PCIROOT(0)#PCI(1C00)#PCI(0000) ACPI(_SB_)#ACPI(PC00)#ACPI(RP01)#ACPI(D06F) ACPI(_SB_)#ACPI(PC00)#ACPI(RP01)#ACPI(PXSX) Regarding the marvel ethernet, have read to set ForceAquantiaEthernet to TRUE, enable vt-d, edit dmar table and drop it in config.plist (already did that). Just not sure as of end of May 2024 what is truly needed. Trying to avoid randomly applying actions if there is a more systematic way to confirm native support of both these ethernet controllers.. Thoughts? thanks
