Hello there. As recently, I wanted to join to the research attempts for tiger lake processors and I wanted to install Ventura 13.6 on my machine for testing the contributors works and give feedback, and of course, for xCode. But It throws me an error that is basically like that.

I'm using this GitHub repo of @shl628 as my EFI folder. https://github.com/lshbluesky/Samsung-NT750XDA-KF59U-Hackintosh

My system specs are like that:

i5-1135G7 (TigerLake)

16GB 3200MHz Kingston if it matters.

Intel Wireless AC 3165 Dual Band

NVMe M.2 256GB

Thank you so much, greetings.

-Shimijda.

@Shimijda

I don't know the chipset of the mobo of the ASUS Vivobook X515EA.

Depending on the chipset, TigerLake may or may not have Intel iGPU support. Maybe your machine can't install macOS with the integrated graphics card.
There is a user with 515JA but his CPU is 10th gen. and the iGPU works. In case it helps you in any way:

I know the acceleration and other features are missing, the reason I want to install is contribute and test some of the researchs about this unsupported iGPU on macOS. About the link you sent, no, it won't help me. I'm using Intel Iris Xe Graphics as I said.

Upload your EFI folder as a ZIP file so someone can review it and identify any possible configuration errors, aside from the already unsupported graphics card.

The error "[LOG:EXITBS:START]" can have various causes. Usually, it is due to minor configuration issues that

need to be resolved. Below is a list of possible causes that you should check:

Config.plist:

ACPI Patches:

Install the appropriate patches for your hardware.

SMBIOS:

Use an SMBIOS that matches your hardware.

Quirks:

Verify the settings and adjust them if necessary.

Installed Kexts:

Ensure that the kexts used are compatible with your hardware and macOS version.

Update the kexts using OCAT (OpenCore Auxiliary Tools).

Debugging::

Enable Debug Mode

Activate the debug mode in OpenCore.

Set the "Target" value in the Config.plist to 67 or 103 to generate a log file in the EFI partition. If other errors occur, upload the boot log here for further analysis.

Review the Boot Log

Analyze the log file to identify the root cause of the error.

Update OpenCore:

Update OpenCore and Kexts

Make sure you are using the latest version of OpenCore and all relevant kexts.

Updates often resolve known issues and improve compatibility. Use OCAT for this purpose.

Intel Iris Xe Graphics Support:

The Intel Iris Xe Graphics integrated into the Intel Core i5-1135G7 CPU is not natively supported by macOS.

If you have managed to boot the system successfully, refer to the guide shared by a user who patched the graphics card for full acceleration.

Here’s a helpful thread that might guide you:

Best luck!
