Nice.Thx.What was the point?

How can i fix it?

sorry, just posting for information and comparison. I thought it might be video card related, but ceynox has similar specs to you...

if you're only using the 2-day trial, then does your original install of CS2 work or no?

yes, but not simultaneously... ;-)

Sounds like a kernel Extension problem.

Are all of the extensions in your /System/Library/Extensions folder current? Run an Apple System Profiler report and save it as "System Profiler (4.0 XML)" so we can compare Extensions and Frameworks. We'll need to see this for a working iHack and a crashing one for comparison.

Also, anything in the Console logs? Console.log? System.log?

Awesome.

I see a lot of reasons for it not to work in there. Lots of Framework dependencies not linked. However, I'll need to see a working one to get an idea of wether those breaks are usually there or not. It sounds like we have two sets of extensions, and one is not working. If we can narrow it down to a specific extension, you may have a chance of fixing this pretty easy.

Nope I have it too and CS3 just works.

I just tested back to back between the two SMBIOS versions and with Paulicat's Photoshop keep crashing all the time. So maybe the problem is a hardware software combination, in my case the Mifki kext solved the problem, but maybe the same is not valid for everyone.

Cheers

P.D. This also solve my Soundbooth problem !!!
