bluebyte
Dear members, I've been working on this problem for many months. The problem is current again, because I recently reactivated my Hackintosh for special work. I am using a KVM-switch to which four computers can be connected. https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B0BMNSP3NL I use HDMI cables from Snowkids https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B096RHM71Z Monitor is a Samsung LU28E590DS/EN. It is connected to the switch box via HDMI2 (60Hz). HDMI 1 supports 3840 x 2160 30Hz HDMI 2 supports 3840x2160 60Hz There are currently three computers connected to the switch box. 1. Mac Mini M2 2. Hackintosh, GA-Z490 Vision G, Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX580 3. Hackintosh, GA-Z77 DS3H, ASUS Nividia GT710 There is a USB dongle for mouse and keyboard in the switch box. The computers are connected to the switch box via USB cable. Switching is done using the remote control. The switch box works perfectly with the Mac Mini M2. The switch box works perfectly with the GA-Z77 DS3H The problems are only with the GA-Z490 Vision G Only my Hackintosh is causing problems. Sometimes the screen drops out for a short time and has a black image for about 2 seconds. When screen comes back, the Monitor-infobox appears ontop the left corner to show the reconnect on HDMI2. The same infobox like changing the monitorinput. The problem occurs on all screen resolutions. No dropouts with a direct connection without the switchbox. So there must be a problem between RX580 and KVM-switchbox. Any other users who use switch boxes like this? Users who have similar problems? I have another switch box that works perfectly with all three computers. https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B09BCL3GX4 Unfortunately it has only two ports. Thank you very much for reading my topic.
