The balance of sweet, creamy filling in the Custard Creams is just heavenly, and who can resist the charm of raspberry jam sandwiched between shortbread in Jammie Dodgers? I love making jammys at home. Have you ever tried making them? It's a really fun baking project, and homemade always tastes better for some reason IDK. Also, it's winter time - the best time for such stuff. If you ever decide to go for it, here's my favorite recipe ever. It's straightforward and makes for a delicious treat. Good luck!
