Casm101
Hi everyone, I was hoping someone could help me with my new build I've been working on for the last couple of days. A little summary is that I have been able to install MacOS Ventura with a tester EFI config I found online but had no working LAN, WIFI or Bluetooth, and set out to build my own from scratch, but so far I can't even boot the installer. As for my system, it is as follows: · MB: Asus TUF Gaming B660-Plus Wifi D4 · LAN: Intel Ethernet Controller I225-V · WIFI: Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz · CPU: Intel Core i7-127000K · GPU: XFX AMD Radeon RX 6900XT · RAM: Kingston FURY Beast 32GB (2x16GB) 3200MHz DDR4 · SSD: SABRENT PS5 M.2 SSD 500GB, PCIe 4.0 Some additional settings in my BIOS are: · Disable fast boot · Disable serial port · Enable XMP Profile I will also link my EFI folder so you guys can check out what I have done (sorry for the external link, but the compressed folder was too large), maybe you have an insight into what's missing or what I'm doing wrong. Thanks in advanced!! MaLd0n
EFI.zip -Procedure- -Bios/UEFI in full default settings(Just change settings if need) -Delete old EFI folder and paste new. Don't use merge files -Don't use Drag and Drop into EFI partition. Use Copy/Paste instead -Reset NVRAM one time - with OpenCore use entry "Reset Nvram" / with Clover use F11 key on boot screen -USB Remap https://www.olarila.com/topic/14220-hackintosh-usb-port-mapping-guide-2023/ Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/357350-new-build-efi-config-troubles-macos-ventura-alderlake-b660/#findComment-2809398 Share on other sites
