I can also manually switch between my webcam and iPhone. What I am not seeing at the moment is the feature that holds your profile/image Center Screen even if you move around as in Ventura. I am working on that to find that setting. PS the previous post pic was from Photo Booth, this one is from F/Time. miliuco
@mariosun No need of compile OCLP. Developers do it for you, go to https://github.com/dortania/OpenCore-Legacy-Patcher/pull/1077#issuecomment-1646934494 >> "Latest validated builds for the sonoma-development branch can be found below" Here you have a link to the current OCLP beta build for Sonoma. @ichelash how to is ok but developers link is an easier way.

Thanks a thousand years for developers and tutorial from @ichelash Its important people understand that config plist and new kexts need use last EFI Opencore, and make root patching from DIST folder build OCLP.
GOOGE
Wow, This works great! Thanks to everyone on this forum and the Devs at OCLP! I have a question, will we need to re-apply the OCLP patch every time there's a new MAC OS update?
miliuco
@ichelash @Max.1974 Of course is a good way to learn how things are made, always, but some users may have troubles with this. 2 minutes ago, GOOGE said: I have a question, will we need to re-apply the OCLP patch every time there's a new MAC OS update? PoMpIs
Honestly, the developers have done a great job... Works like a charm, even on my current computer, which is an AMD 👌 AirDrop is addictive 🥰

eSaF
Honestly Guys hand on heart, this is not a swipe or gripe at the OCLP progress, as I think it is phenomenal the level they have reached to get our Broadcom wifi working and the estimate that was quoted sometime ago was about 6 months to get even a semblance of a working wifi. I noticed a difference in the iPhone Camera Hand Off to Mac between Ventura and Sonoma. The Staging Feature where your portrait is kept central on the screen even when you move around. I don't know if it's just my system or a limitation so far in the OCLP Beta. All in all I am happy where we are as I predict big things will come from the Devs in time to come. Skyfallkavu
I'm being late to the party. Currently turning off filevault to root patch, but I am excited to confirm it appears (maybe?) that DSC over DP has been fixed. RX 6900 connected to an LG C1, RGB 10b negotiated perfectly at 4K120hz on first boot. Was stuck to 4:2:0 for the longest time. HDMI 2.1 not yet supported on RX 6900; puts me back at 4:2:0 colour. Edit: I should mention HDR also becomes an option, but at RGB 10b colour still. I thought it should be 12b... eSaF
@SavageAUS - Here is another suggestion to try, remove those extra kexts from the kext Folder and config.plist and just have these three as shown. Making sure that the IOSkywalkFamily.kext comes before the other two. Reboot clean Nvram and see if you can progress any further. If you do progress, you can add back the B/Tooth and WiFi extra kexts if needed but they must be after the Skywalk kext in the kext tree not before. surenmunoo
Well, after staying awake till after midnight last night and working at this WIFI for the whole day today, I finally give up and will stay with wifi on Sonoma, its just not worth the headache this Asus Z790 ProArt is putting me through. Took out my M.2 drives and put them all into my sons PC - Asus Z790 Gaming-E and the same result, systems will not boot with those 3 kexts enabled. I take the same EFI that boots Ventura and Sonoma and copy that to a USB and make this changes, cannot boot Sonoma after that no matter how many NVRAM resets I do, even re-installed Sonoma twice and nothing. My unedited config if anyone wants to see if they can help. I tried with those IO kexts loaded and in order as to what I found on here, turned off AirportBrcmFixup.ext, turn it on - tried many iterations but nada nothing works config.plist.zip And this is the config from the EFI I edited config.plist.zip Edited July 25, 2023 by surenmunoo 1

Good day my fellow 'Hackster' thanks for the feedback, my Phone is also the 11 but I was referring to the display on the P/C it self not the Phone. The difference between Sonoma and Ventura. That's what the pics are showing, but no problem, maybe all change in the next Beta.
