Are you using RestrictEvents? If so, what kind of message do you get when clicking the info icon on Memory/Memoria tab?

I had not paid attention

Interesting to note that despite the only supported Macs for Sonoma come with the T2 chip, the lack of a T2 chip hasn't stopped the OS from installing and booting.  I guess Hackintoshers can breathe a sigh of relief that Hackintoshing lives to fight another day.  (But the day of reckoning is coming once Intel Mac support is dropped.)

After 15 or maybe even 16.

Hhehehehhehe, Sonoma on Ivy Bridge. Let's see if OCLP will do the job.

Update: Seems like Polaris (rx 570 4gb), even if OCLP has finished root patching, has no light. Let's wait next OCLP team move. I suspect, CryptexFixup.kext is not yet prepared for Sonoma and his job should be done manually.

Well, in the i3 6100 I couldn't finish the installation, I guess because it doesn't have internet access... none of my Wi-Fi cards work, and they are completely native to Monterey and Ventura... 😅

In the 13600K I have been able to install it... It is connected to the router by cable, but the wifi does not work either, the bluetooth does...

NVMeFix.kext. can't use it in sonoma..causes a reboot on startup..RestrictEvents works partially, 13600k comes out as unknown, memory shows it ok

Mine gives a different error... probably because I don't have internet access because broadcom doesn't work...

Tomorrow I will connect it by cable to the router to see if it works 😄

So it took a while to install but beta 1 is finally done on a separate partition. Boot times aren’t great / wifi doesn’t work.
It’s a first beta. Will wait and see.
