13.3 screwed up window arrangement on desktop

Anyone else on a machine using Intel UHD 630 graphics as primary display (no dGPU)??

After updating to the 13.3 the Apple logo when booting is larger than it should be, I get to the desktop, screen flashes (as if a resolution change) then notice all the windows and apps from previous session are positioned at the bottom of the screen.

It's completely forgotten original app window placement. Takes ages repositioning Finder windows, Notes, Safari windows, other apps etc

 

Safari Sidebar Tabs display is screwed up too, key commands to select next and previous tab doesn't highlight the actual current tab in the sidebar.

 

Had to Erase and Clone the 13.2.1 backup in order to get back to where I was without these BS issues.
