Hi there need some help
System Info:
Dell latitude E5470 i5 6440HQ
ram 16gb
Graphics intel HD 530
network card: intel dual band AC 8260 w/bluetooth


So i have mac os montray installed using it for a while now bluetooth wasn't working so i wanting to fix that and i used (blueToolFix) kext and (intelbluetoothFirmware) kext and it worked actually pretty well after using it for few hours i restarted my pc after that the bluetooth goes back to it's original condition not working again did some twikling again and i had to add {intelBluetoothPatcher) kext also restarted pc and bluetooth started working again then after a while my pc got restarted again and now bluetooth is not working again. now the problem here is that its not just on the hackintosh its also not detecting in my windows os at all (btw i have dual boot hackintosh and windows 11 seprate drives) before it was working fine on windows now the windows doesn't even detecting the bluetooth device i have tried everything so far i could and last resort is asking for help here. if anyone can help me fix this would appreciate it very much

Check if the bluetooth is enabled in BIOS first. You don't need bluetooth patcher for 8260. Upload your EFI so we can take a look.

i checked in the bios BT is detected there and also enabled
 now wierd thing is i am temporarly using a external BT dongle it was working fine but after sitting idle over night it stopped working too even in windows. so i unplugged and replugged to same port again didn't work but replugging into a different port it start working again and now its working again

remapped my USB ports now still same issue and removing intelBTPatcher.kext mess with the BT i am using externaly it connects once then disconnects after that not usable at all BT menu is not accesseable
