Succeded in installing macOS Ventura (13.1 updated to 13.2) on old Lenovo M710s ThinkCentre (Skylake cpu) using Dortania OpenCore Install Guide.

After many years and many Macs, I decided to try this guide, which has revealed itself as excellent. The whole installation process was really very easy, on my old system, and I could rapidly reach the post-installation phase.

I DID NOT use configurators, as suggested by the guide. Difficulties arose by the need of spoofing my skylake cpu as "the closest kabylake model".

Eventually, I got everything properly functioning, graphics, ethernet, sound, screen saver. Only marginal Wifi (works only on safe mode), but I'm going, probably, to buy a compatible BCM94360CD wifi/Bluetooth adapter. A last lesser issue remains.

The ONLY tools I used were those suggested by the Guide:

MountEFI command

ProperTree command

USBMap command

IORegistryExplorer command
