I use a combination of SwitchResX app (red arrow) to enable all possible resolutions and HIDPI script to get a default 2048x1152 HDPI screen resolution generated with EDID (check screenshot-option 2). I got the EDID using AWEDIDEditor in windows -my screen is an old 27" HPes monitor-i don't use the 4096x2304 pixel ratio Build 1: iMac20,2, i5-9400F, Samsung 16GB DDR4 RAM, MSI Z390 Gaming Plus, Radeon RX 580 8GB, OC 0.9.1 Edited March 10, 2023 by ndungu6678 2
SavageAUS
Anyone on a laptop, 9th gen, UHD630 having problem with black screen with Ventura Beta 13.3 (22E5236f)? Previously working prior to update. Just to add to this the black screen occurs when the “second stage” should occur and it stays black for quite some time then it works. However the app “About this Hack” does not seem to understand what kind of monitor it is 😂. Could you (or anyone with working X299 system) provide me your EFI-Folder - cause i cant get my X299 ASROCK Creator to boot 13.3 beta2 correctly. It constantly restarts after entering Stage 2 of the installation process. And i don't know why this happens. I would like to check my config.plist versus yours. Thanx in advance and regards... Mork vom Ork Here it is friend. PS : the boot Arg "revpatch=auto, sbvmm, asset" is suppose to avoid a bug on MacPro 7,1 where each incremental updates on Ventura requires the full installer. It is not mandatory. Edit/ March 22: boot arg “revpatch=sbvmm” Is sufficient to apply successfully the small incremental updates on Ventura ( Without the need of the full installer ). Restrictevents.kext is obviously needed . EFI Ellybz VNTR X299.zip. Edited March 22, 2023 by Ellybz

No problem here with my Fenvi T-919, maybe you can try a few things to see if the problem is resolved i.e move the Card to a different Slot (if available), try a different kext and as a last resort, delete Network settings thus forcing Ventura to refresh and rebuild them.
