The meaning is 'no graphic acceleration, VRAM 7MB and solid background for dock'. See Comet Lake laptop device properties here. My rig is a Desktop Comet Lake and I tried all Framebuffers but with the same result (VRAM 7 MB). (0x9BC80003 0x9BC50003 0x9BC40003) All three are empty Framebuffers so it make sense to me. (0x9BC80003 0x9BC50003 0x9BC40003) They are the only Framebuffers that work but with 7MB VRAM. It's my guess but I think there is a little confusion between Coffee Lake and Comet Lake Framebuffers. Other USB plus clean EFI and the boot stop at: OC: Driver ResetNvramEntry.efi at 4 cannot be found. Halting on critical error. Maybe it might help?
