Take a look and compare EFI.zip I have removed the resource folder and platforminfo. Please note I have a heavily modified DSDT.aml I have included all the patches required in the DSDT.aml itself. I don't see why not if Monterey is of the latest version and then again I don't know if you'll have to go through a Beta or two of Ventura before being offered Ventura RC.
