Update for me is a no show, what is the best config.plist parameter?

Make sure SecureBootModel is set to default in config and if it is run the macOSDeveloperBetaAccessUtility and the update will show up.

That did the trick, I had SecureBootModel Disabled, changed that to Default and now I have update but the full installer 11,30GB...

I'm doing a new usb installer with this full installer, then...

I don't think you can use this installer to create the bootable usb.

This HackMini8,1 (CoffeeLake / UHD630) thinks it's a real Mac! 😎  Unattended upgrade to Ventura Beta 8 was easy - no issues.

Unfortunately, FAT32 (and consequently, EFI) write issues have not been fixed.

About This Mac: Ventura Beta 8

I print to an old HP LaserJet 5L (shared by a Windows Server and connected to the windows server via parallel port - yes, it still works!).  The trick to enabling this old printer in macOS Ventura was to retry the first print job to be prompted for the Windows Share password.  After first adding the printer, the first print job fails.  Also, I no longer need "?Encryption=no" as I described here. Details below:

In order to enable printing from Ventura, I did the following:

  1. Add "Advanced" to "Add Printer" configuration toolbar
  2. Using Advanced configuration, add "Windows printer via spoolss"
  3. For the printer URL, there is no longer a need for "?Encryption=no" in the printer URL
  4. Select printer driver (for me, HP LaserJet Series PCL 4/5)
  5. Click "Add" to add the new printer

When printing the first time, I was not prompted for the Windows Share password. At the "Hold for Authentication" prompt, I clicked the retry button and I was prompted for the Windows Share password prompt.

This old printer shared from Windows works perfectly with Ventura.

Thank you, Developers.  OC continues to work perfectly!

@jsl2000 How you managed to boot with HD4600 even with no acceleration to install?

I'm stuck in "IOConsoleUsers: gIOScreenLock.../gIOLockState (3...". I know that is not native supported, but I can't even start the installation to later patch with OCLP 0.5 ...

(My conf already works with Monterey...)
