Didn't tried but, I got same error on two different nvme... Installed on kaby lake laptop and chipset 500 PC without problems . On x99 I got this error on second stage when installing... But my main hobby was always overclocking, I've been competing on Hwbot for quite some time. So, I have this processor with a custom RL, and yesterday I delid it and put liquid metal thermal paste (conductonaut) on it..
