It is for old cards not having UEFI BIOS. 2. The quirk EnableSafeModeSlide may cause Panic. Disable the quirk. @Slice I've turned off EnableSafeModeSlide and also deleted CsmVideoDxe.efi and still can't install Ventura B4, got the same error as before. I've been using CsmVideoDxe.efi to get 1440p at Clover GUI. What I've noticed is that my macOS Ventura B4 makes a lot of files in the USB installer, I never saw that with others macOS versions when creating the installer. Anyway, I think I'll wait for another Beta, (maybe 5), to sse if something changes. Thanks for all your support! Is there anything else that needs to be done to be successful? Already upgraded to the latest OC 0.8.3 available including all kexts, dated 01 August 2022. I am getting the infamous "No Entry" sign when I attempt the installation of Ventura beta 4. The onboard iGPU 530 is enabled in bios and configured as a headless device. Cyberdevs
@Henties I'm using OpenCore Auxiliary Tool to edit my config.plist. OpenCore Configurator hasn't been updated to support "LoadEarly" function yet. All I can tell is that you need to remove all the DeviceProperties except for the iGPU and plug the display to your mainboard's HDMI/DP port (I'm using HDMI) instead of the dGPU otherwise you might get some issues booting into macOS although RX 580 should work just fine. On my SkyLake rig i'm having and unsupported dGPU (R9 270X) so i'm using the iGPU as the primary graphics for Ventura.

Whether or not a device is headless depends on the chosen AAPL,ig-platform-id and the framebuffer it's associated with. A framebuffer is considered "empty" if it only contains dummiy connectors. Since ig-platform-id (0x59120000) has connectors, it's technically not an empty framebuffer (that would be 0x59120003). But it doesn't matter since you're only using it to trick macOS Ventura into "believing" you are using a Kaby Lake CPU with Intel HD 630 graphics. 0x59120000 0x59120003 Edited August 1, 2022 by 5T33Z0

Now that you've successfully removed 'powerd', run 'First Aid' in 'Disk Utility' on all the Ventura volumes and check for any warnings, if none, you are good to go.
