GeForce GTX 750 Ti is a Maxwell card, therefore only supported with the nVidia Web Driver and up to High Sierra. There is no support for such cards beyond High Sierra and will never be any, you can take this for granted. You should have no issues running all recent macOS versions from Mojave to Monterey on your Haswell HD4600 iGPU, it's fully supported. Thank you.
