1. Don't use CPUTSCSync.

2. Try using VoodooTSCSync. it should work.

3. Also reset NVRAM

Try this EFI it should work for you. Just disable AppleIntelCPUPowermanagement.kext and AppleIntelCPUPowerManagementClient.kext under kernel section

Hangs at this  for over 15 minutes, then it continues  to a quick restart  here is the  snapshot . I also tried VoodoTSCSYncKex. same result. I notice the smbios was different on this EFI  from  macPro6,1  to iMacPro1,1 .

I use OCAuxillaryTools to edit configPlist I only disabled the  two patches under kernel like you mentioned  powerManagement kexts.

Thank you so much for sharing!
I'm still stuck striving to install Monterey macOS.

I have a Gigabyte X79-UP5 wifi / i7 3930K / 32GB Ram / GPU AMD Radeon RX580 Saphire
I have been working with Big Sur, but I'm receiving kernel panic issues.

I didn't change anything.

I tried using ACPI-ENC and APCI-UN instead of X-79, just to see some difference but nothing.
Usually I was using with Big Sur, CPUTSCSync but right now I'm using according to your recommendation:  VoodooTSCSync

Thank you in advance.

Hi everyone!
Thank you for sharing the link for Ventura.

Yesterday, I realized my great mistake, simply, I didn't have to move anything JUST the 2 lines in Kernel:

 Kernel > Patch Section

751AB9 to EB13B9  (For some this patch is causing Kernel Panic in Monterey 12.3)

3E7539 to 3E9090 (For some this patch is causing Kernel Panic in Monterey 12.3)

Just that !!

Thank you to RoberT_Xes  for sharing this.
After more than 25 days, I couldn't install Monterey. But not, I started working in the Post Install.

Working:
Audio, Bluetooth (Native), Wifi (Fenvi), Ethernet (Need to fix Apple ID, because appears a message about Couldn't connect to the server),  4 Displays good. (I have 2 RX580, I don't know how to configure the frame buffer to make it work 4 display with just 1 GPU)

And finally, by now, striving to get the USB3. NO success yet.

Thank you

Motherboard: Asus p9x79 processor: 4930k graphics card: RX 580 I am waiting for EFI help for ventura installation.

Thanks...

You can use the following EFI to install Ventura or Sonoma. First use the EFI as it is. If it does not work then use any one of the given DSDT one at a time and check. If you have your own DSDT then you can use that .

Use Mac Pro 6,1. It will give you proper Power Management. Look at my PowerManagement.
